Will customers know it's AI?

What if the AI doesn't know an answer?

It never bluffs. If a question is outside the rules we've configured, it captures the question, takes a callback number, sets a clear expectation ("a tech will call you back within 30 minutes"), and pings your team via SMS. The customer never gets a wrong answer.

How does emergency handling actually work?
